Do I stay round or slim down?

I hate the weight I'm at now but I love eating and drinking beer.

Do I get healthy or be happy?

I do not know you, so I cannot say if you are in need of weight loss or not... but since I work in the medical field, and we preach weight loss, I will say slim down. Personally I can stand to lose 15-20lbs. I too am unhappy with my current weight. Your BMI should be between 19-25... plus they say you will cut your risk of heart attack by 50% by losing 10lbs, In other words, for every 10lbs you are over your ideal weight, you double your risk of a heart attack. (40lbs over = 2x2x2x2 = 16x greater risk of a heart attack)

I would need to loose 50 lb to be in my weight range.
I'm going to be totally honest here.
I'm going to NG in 5 months and I don't want to meet everyone like this.

I am 6'1 and weigh about 290-300 but i also have a wide frame so its mostly hidden. However i took my first step today to start dropping some weight. Signed up for HGC, not super excited to be living off of 500 calories a day. But i don't think i will starve
Your 1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL is one of 4310 that received VIN numbers. Based on the order of the serial numbers, your car was the 2685th out of the 4310 that were made that year.

You can't do that...500 calories a day is not healthy!
