Way to go! In July 2009 I weighed 218 and felt terrible. I decided to do something about it. I went on a low carb diet for 6 months and lost 42lbs. Now I eat smart and have been able to maintain the weight loss. It can be done and you will feel much better!

    Good deal Matt!

I'm stumbling a lot but I get right back up and try to do better. I'll get it right soon or later. LOL!

I recently took a 2-week hiatus from working out 5 days a week, and man am I sore after starting back up again. I have pains in places I've never had before, though that could be due to the new work our routine. Once you get into it, that soreness/pain is what makes ya want to continue to be sore and hurt, haha. It's the ultimate sign of progress!

That's what makes the difference. Lots of folks try and stumble...then get all whiny and stay down cos they 'can't do it'. Good job, Karen.
