Can't do that. That's one requirement I had, no '97-'98. I have seen some modded bumpers but for the most part I didn't care for them. The one she found has about 140k on it, lowered and aftermarket wheels. The guy is holding the car for a week or so till taxes come back.
lol. what's with the hate for 97-98? the best part of them is the front bumper. everthing else (except perhaps the side skirts) was better on 2g r/t's. that's why i'm combining the best of both worlds.![]()
I've been a Gen1 guy sense day one(love my pop-ups!) and she didn't want a car like mine. I think some people have beautiful '97s but it's not my cup of tea.
pop-ups are cool...but only with a mustache.![]()
The guy that I was getting the new Stealth off of called last night and said that he found someone that will give him his full asking price, in two weeks! I'll have the money Monday! But he said if that guy falls through then I can then buy it for the lowered afterwards. So I'm tempted to tell the guy to go flip off! So I guess the search goes on for a PEARL WHITE Gen2 R/T Stealth.
check craigslist in your area, you never know what'll pop up. good luck getting your five speed
