every cruisein or car show i go to here the 3s is a ricer thanks to the kids with fart pipes on there hondas. the kids with there hondas got a cool cruisein closed down here. the more kids who get a mitsu or stealth add to this reputation as a ricer car..

that's why its important to build your 3/s to be more powerful, more capable, and sound better than the import-hating, greaser crowd.

That is why this time around, I went for performance first and cosmetics later. GF keeps bugging me to do a 99 conversion on my 1st gen. She also says I should keep my engine bay shut because my heat shield looks a bit raggedy. However, if I do get the 99 conversion done, she will pose in a bikini for next year's calendar

i really do get a kick out of the domestic crowd. there seems to be no end to guys who are "so freaking proud" of having a 60's/70's car that runs mid 12's.

hell, we can do 11's with bolt-ons. that's not even a challenge.

Except this "single shot" crowd. Can't get more rice than that.

GJ you just lost 15 lbs.. you also gained a 4" dia pipe which makes your car sound fast while it is definitely not. FAIL. It should come with a nice "H" stamped in it.

yeah...the look of the single-shot is the biggest drawback about my current setup. even dual cannisters still seems a tad "ricey" to me.

You know your exhaust is rice when your cannister will scrape a speed bump before your bumper.

    This is my life.

no matter what folks who have 60s-70s say they never ran in the 12s, most would hardly run in the 14s, believe me i was there.
