This last weekend what little time I had I modified my front and rear intercooler pipes to fit my turbos, made a rear intake pipe so the filter would fit, and installed the AEM EMS. I still need to wire up my gauges, GM IAT, and AEM 3.5 bar MAP sensor. The downpipe may have to be modified to fit, remount the oil cooler, put the radiator hoses back on, fill it with fluids, and fire it up. If I wasn't in a wedding I'd probably get it done this weekend, but I'll see how much I can get done on Sat. After riding in my friend's 347 '90 Mustang I got the itch to get my car done.I always look at a V8 sitting in his car or my buddies' y-block motor sitting in his 56 Ford and I get jealous of how much room there is in there.
No wonder it took my friend a day to take out his 302, swap his 347 in, convert it to carburetor, and tune it.
95 RT/TT Billet TD04s E70, DW1000cc injectors, ARC-2 with 92mm maf, 3SX fuel rail loop, hotwired Walbro 416/485, 3" FMIC, single small Krank vent, DR 3.5" downpipe and cat-back, DNP 02 housings, Hallman Pro MBC, BlackStealth LCDBC, AEM wideband, AEM oil pressure, Apexi S1 coilovers with SCE EVO 8/9 adapters, 3SX adjustable control arms, Spec 3+ clutch, Maximal solids/3SX poly motor mounts, Setrab custom SMOC, stock motor 127k miles, stock drivetrain.
Correct, they are a 9.0:1 compression (Ralliart magna's 9.4:1) but are as weak as bat shit.
AFAIK The lower intake's are different as the port shape to the start of the head is different, also the threads in the lower intake are at a different spacing to the DOHC. I have some pictures here, got a SOHC 24v head, popped it on the DOHC block and looked at differences!

Steve - seriously, if N/A heads were the way to go, why aren't the fastest 3000GT's/Stealths running them? You carry on as if there is some crazy conspiracy against you and the idea of N/A heads being better than TT heads. I wont argue your point as I dont know enough about the two nor have I ever compared the two myself. But just think about this for a second, all the knowledge and parts for our cars has mostly come from the US as nobody outside of the US even bothers pushing our platform like they do. Why wouldn't we look, listen and learn from them? Surely you have your own pics of N/A heads v TT heads as you have run the two. I know you've gone thru a few engines in your time, so lets see your proof.

I have replaced the ECU in my 91 VR4 with a 94 TT ECU, Currently waiting on a new PTU to show up. If anyone can tell me why a 94 TT ECU wont work chime in.
Sorry mates, I posted before realizing this is a Oz thread. Hope you dont mind.
