I'm glad to see it looks like things are getting cleared up. It seems like we didn't get told the whole story right away and instead got select bits and pieces which is what has caused a lot of the issue. Had he told our shop that it was just a rebuild and not an upgrade right away a lot of this could have been avoided.
Idk though, the heatshield and balancing issue is still present though so not everything is peachy yet.
Just wanted to add I got a single 15g rebuilt by timp/turbobob and my car's still running fine, with about 600 miles so far(at the very highest) on the turbo. Have my old turbine wheel to measure to check against the measurements up there, but I'm pretty s ure it's a true 15g. Turnaround time was good all things considered, and I couldn't beat the price, anywhere, any way.

this put me to ease. it reallyu does, tim has been very good about everything, even when i asked him questions, question his work, he called me with the most respect and very understanding about my pms. and just wanted to let me know if anythign happens they will be rebuilt no cost, and they are true 15gs, to even get them looked at to put me at ease. im happy so far, also turn around was very fast
