Fully Converted WRX housing "small 16G" TD04 turbo cores $350 shipped to lower 48

I have a set of fully converted WRX housing "16G" turbos which are blown. They are not "19Ts", but rather have the "small" 16G compressor wheels, which are just slightly bigger than the 19T wheel. They have TD04 HL turbine wheels. They were originally built by Deadbolt Enterprises at a cost of $2600. They have been inspected by two different members of this another forum, both very knowledgeable about turbos and they say all the housings look fine and both compressor wheels are in good shape. The "soft" pieces in the CHRA need replacing. The inspectors said the balance work on one of the turbos looks really strange, so one or both of the turbine wheels probably needs replacement. But the machining work to install the TD04 HL turbine wheels, the "small" 16G compressor wheels and weld lugs for the waste gate actuators alone is worth more than I want for them I'll take $350 for them, shipped to the lower 48.
