Deft Racing Hoods

Quick question on these hoods. I've got the 575, but I think that the mounting holes are all the same. Does anyone or vendor out there make hood shocks for these? I know 3SX sells some that have the 6mm, but has anyone tried it with deft racing hoods? While I would love to make my own if I had time, I just need something I can bolt in and go with for now.

Hi there,

Yes, they do work, although I've never fit them myself. The hood struts I used are "strong arm", and they are sold as hatch stuts I believe. I used ones witht he same length and stroke as our stock hood struts. I cant remember the pressure, but I want to say around 35/40 pounds.

Which size bolts did you order them with, since 3SX has two sizes? What do mean by "they worked fairly good"?
