How we can link to 3sgto.org with a direct link

Someone with a domain name, could create a portion of their site that forwards to 3sgto.org

I.e. stealth316.org/forward

Immediately after this link is followed, it forwards you to 3sgto.org. They would then have to censor the proxy's URL to stop it.

Then we can all add it to our signatures, either in a inconspicuous form like "meet me" (they probably won't click that). Or something like Jeremy suggested which TMK seems to be working well as they haven't locked that thread. I.e. "this site in conjunction with 3si makes a very large quanta of knowledgeable users".
