    Remove roof panels?

Stupid question. Are there any special tricks or hidden screws holding on the panels above the doors? The one that runs from the sail panel down to the hood?

I'm parting out a '92 Stealth RT/TT and I want to salvage every part I can lol.

    Thanks,
    Rob.

Pull the window rubber molding out of the track and there are about 16 screws you have to remove to get the track out. Then there are 4 screws holding those a pillar panels on.

^ that. There is a screw for the sail panel that sits behind that a pillar trim.

From my personal experience of parting cars out though, the exterior a pillar pieces aren't worth salvaging. I have never sold one or been asked about one in 7 years of parting 3s's.

Yea, they aren't hot sellers... that's for sure. I have about 40 of them at the shop in all kinds of colors.

And good to know. I probably wont need to remove them then. Unless i happen to think of a good use for them.
    Thanks Brian.

Edit: And thanks again for the info today Brian. Cars still at work on the lift. I'm gonna read into the whole brake upgrade thing and see what all is compatible.

I would remove them if you are gonna save the sail panels. Like I said there is a clip from the sail panel that sits behind the a pillar panel.

Hopefully it works out with the 3000.
