going to be fun to watch this court case...

Google is like "Eh kinda, so what about it?, you can't do anything byatch!"...

Expect Oracle to make a ton off of Android licensing

I doubt much will come of it. Android has a stronghold on the market and Google has the resources that are second only to God. I know you're upset with anything that isn't windows based, but lighten up toots. Maybe Windows 7 for mobile won't almost bankrupt their mobile market this time.

Did you see the follow up article that was posted on there? I'm on my phone so it is a bit tough to dig around, but there was something about the copied code being test functions or some such technicality.

hah yeah Oracle won't be able to take on Google? hah yeah right... they have an army of lawyers.

Ask SAP? they are going to have to cough up 2 billion for a minor thing... Google will have to rewrite Android and pay out the arse...

How can you steal open source code?

Of course its a joke, look who posted it.

Sometimes I just want to punch the OP. And people rarely bug me..

I'd just like to see him interact between others in a real life scenario. I'd imagine the stern stupidity would cause an awkardness that would curl everyone's toes in the room.
