Use it or sell it? B&M New Volt

I seem to find conflicting info on these. I got it when doing some work on somebody's car. Panpena seems to recommend a ignition booster. IDK if this will help keep me from having blowout or if it's not worth fooling with. I didn't find any instructions on installing it ether.

コルベットC5 NewVolt装着 this is in japanese but also has some english on each step.. May point you in a closer direction?
also http://www.xs-engineering.com/media/faqdocs/9_print.pdf this seems to be the same box under a different name. Hopefully these will help.. seems to get decent reviews. Hope it helps with the blow out.

The second link has the hooks with pics for DSM, Supra and many others.. 3s isn't one.. but it gives you the idea.. I think you can use to pipe it into our cars. Looks like a cheaper way of going instead of the HK$ system

What I was thinking, I just can't seem to find much info on it.

I was able to powerslide the car tonight @9psi, damn that was fun! It feels so damn strong. I still got a good bit of boost to go before I start getting blowout so I don't guess I'm in a big hurry to get it installed.

Edit: 19tHL is a killer turbo!
