As Lugnut stated the springs are based on how much vacuum your engine pulls at idle. Altitude or even aggressive cams can affect this. If you can put a vacuum guage on it while idling you'll know exactly which spring you need based on Tials charts. If you're close to sea level and on stock camshaft profile I'd say the -11 would work well.

    ok
I'm closer to 5,000 feet above sea level
and my cams are both 264's, not stock

I'm waiting for my boost gauge to arrive, but it just displays -14psi so I guess I need a different tester gauge to measure that at idle..

Yes. The -9 would probably be better for your car.

You could buy just a vacuum guage or you could get a vacuum pump and get more "bang for your buck".

I forgot to mention, along with those 264 cams I have some cylinder head / exh mani / turbo hotside porting done, as well as new nippon racing 2G pistons (8.5:1),
so yes my engine will breathe much different than my stock '91 4G63T used to.
    so I'll test the vacuum

I'm just pissed cause I had an aftermarket vacuum only gauge lying around forever and I think it got thrown out around the holidays.
