Wink Spyder build with lots of BLING but all STING! Built by GZP

Well last fall my Spyder spun a rod and I have to say, I think it's the best thing that could have ever happened! Not that I wanted anything bad to happen to my baby but after you take a look at the link below you will see that Hanz and Emilie from Ground Zero Performance are about to put this lil Spyder in a whole new category of VR4 Spyder!

Here's the short list of what they are doing!

    Fully built long block
    Forged Pistons
    Forged Rods
    Forged Crankshaft
    Rebuilt cylinder heads
    oil pump
    water pump
    timing belt
    16T Blouch Turbos
    CX Racing FMIC
    550 Injectors
    Walbro Fuel Pump
    Starter
    Custom Polished Headers
Custom Billet "spyder web" battery hold down
    Steering Rack
    Axle Boots
    HKS EVS Boost Control
    HKS DLI Ingnition Amplifier
Custom Front Mount Oil Cooler (Yes that's my baby that's modeling the GZP Oil Cooler)
Fully Sanded and Painted Engine Bay
    Southbend stage 3 clutch
    Polished motor mounts
    EGR Block off
    Powder Coated Rad Pipe
    Remove cruise control
    Bell Housing Reinforment plate
Repainted Hood with flush mount hood pins
    Painted bottom of Tonneau Cover
BLING BLING AND A LITTLE MORE BLING!

Check out the album that Emilie is updating constantly and let me know what you think!!

Oh, the album starts with the latest photos and works backward, so if you want to see the beginning you will need to go to last page first and work back. The first photo you see when you open the link is the first before photo. ENJOY!

Nice build man... good choice to paint the engine bay while everything is out.

it's ALMOST finished. I've been out sick since last week, so, I don't have any pictures of the paint progress (I think Hans may have snapped some??).

We got it fired up real quick about a week ago or so, it had a bad starter and coil pack, then we added the upgraded front mount oil cooler, polished his IC piping, etc. So... a few more loose ends and it will be ready to fire back up, and then start the break-in process
Circa 2005... Oh my, how far I've come
