Purchased a few STRI gauges, things sort of went wrong, thru no fault of either Maximal or myself. To make a long story short, Terry went above and beyond to make it right. Couldn't be happier, we'll do business again soon.

Assuming the new gauges arrived and everything is well with them? I'm glad we were just able to make it work out so you were happy with the deal. Unfortunately it's not as common as it should be for a business to go out of their way to keep a customer but I like to think it's a requirement for business.
