I prefer the line (yours truly made) "Would you be offended If I asked you home for sex". It works well because your direct and polite. The bonus is if they say "no" you can comeback with "No you wouldn't be offended? then would you be interested?" Sometimes the initial no is just a impulsive answer due to shock and I have had it come back as a yes on the second ask...
