I'm convinced that it's a spun bearing and that my life is over. Jk, I have no idea It seems louder than the usual lifter tick

Doesn't sound severe enough to be a spun bearing. Were your fins on the reluctor wheel bent? I wonder if its just barely making contact with the CAS causing the clicking.

Timing belt tensioner gone bad? I heard that can make some bad noises.

I rotated the engine my hand past each of the fins and it didn't sound like there was any contact. I'll get a better vid tomorrow.

Make sure all the wires are tucked in as well. The cam sensor wire is especially prone to hitting the belt if the grommet isn't clipped into the cover tight. Now that I think about it that noise could be the grommet hitting the cover...

I'm 99.9999% positive that the Cam sensor is safe. The video doesn't really show how loud the noise is.

It may be loud, but its not violent. It sounds too much like a clicking, and not a banging. And being that you just put everything back together is too much of a coincidence that the clicking started now.
