Yea a summary or short video clip showing how it works would be great!

Essentially how it works.. you will connect the adapter to the OBD port of your car with a 12V line powering it, either from accessory or constantly on. It will remain connected in your car, as there is really no reason to remove it and you can tuck it out of the way.

Then, you pair the device to your phone through bluetooth and use the software to connect with the device. Pick what sensors you want to log, pick a color if you want to graph them, uncheck "pause". Bang, that's it.

Is there going to be a cheaper USB cable alternative?

Edit: Plus charging feature as previously mentioned.

    Thanks

A USB alternative would not be cheaper, as it would have to have a stronger microprocessor to emulate ADB. It's the only way I've figured out that will enable me to transfer bytes via USB cable (and it uses a pretty nifty workaround to do so).

However, the next version will have standalone logging to an SD card, hybrid ECU support, dedicated 0-5v inputs (for wideband, oil pressure, etc), onboard MAP sensor, and a few more bells and whistles. Buuuut... I obviously can't offer it for cheaper. What's the main thing that's holding you back right now?
