is there a certain brand or type of FRS i should get or are the bands they run on all the same and any one will do?

As far as I know all FRS's are comparable. Some higher end ones have more channels but we normally run on channel 3 so they all have that.

I have a few FRS radios. I just don't know if I have a legal helmet

OK...As far as I know my car is not going to be ready.
My daughter really wants to do the Indy lap.
Sooo....Is there anyone that wouldn't mind a cute passanger?
