Hey so, I screwed up. I paid for a guest who recently backed out of me. Can I get the $50 reimbursed as raffle tickets or something? If the $50 is forfeit, thats fine...but if i can re-apply it thats even better

I have a question about the Road Course. Are we going to have experience people run with the Beginners again like last year?

If you mean as a type of instructor, ABSOLUTELY. I think that putting experienced drivers with beginners for the first run is incredibly beneficial to all and wouldn't change it unless someone offers me a very compelling reason. Hope that's what you wanted to hear.

Yup, that's what I was asking. I'm glad we're able to do that, I just didn't know if the track may have changed that.

So, if we did something like that last year, should we change to the "some experience" class? I'm pretty convinced I should be in the 'some experience' group (for more reasons that just this last year), just want to be sure.

    Or slide into a lake!

There's a track in the water?

oh speaking of which, Lori do you mind calling Steve Katz at OnTrack and set up the same track insurance as last year?

having beginners ride along with instructors is also good, but unfortunately they didn't let us do that last year.

For insurance reasons I thought. What exactly is allowed for road coursing in our contract?

They didn't seem to care about tech, just no passengers

These are decisions that I've made, primarily. Experienced drivers will be allowed on the first run with the beginners. The reason passengers aren't allowed at other times is because it's a distraction. The insurance company frowns on it, too, although I'm not sure they completely forbid it. The track said nothing to us about this. What people don't realize is that sometimes we have to make sensible decisions to protect ourselves. And since our names are all over that insurance policy, you know we're not going to let anyone risk it. It's way too much of a liability for us.

Beginners didn't ride along with instructors because no one asked for it. However, I'm definitely not allowing everyone to be taking passengers out. There will be some passengers allowed on the first run for each group ONLY. Bridge, didn't you go with Dan at one point? Or vice versa? And not during that first run group? Or am I remembering wrong?

Pete, I'll ask Peggy to look into it.

    Brian, yes, some experience.
