Once you have that figured out, you should make a matching one for the right.

There's no replacement for displacement.
Hahaha, I knew someone would have something to say about that![]()
I had to subscribe somehow![]()
Okay, I lied. I got bored today and did some work on the plug for the mold, it's slowly but surely starting to take some shape. I'll be shaping the holes with an old guage (not the one that's in there right now...) to a equal lip around the guage. I've pretty well gotten the pods shaped the way I like them, and will be doing a final sand on the whole thing after shaping the guage holes. After that it's on to a good paint job some wetsanding, release agent, gelcoat, and mold time.Hoping to have one done before I leave for Saskatchewan, if I do (chances are good at this rate) I'll post up some pictures ASAP!
This is what it's looking like so far

Wow...this is coming along pretty quickly. How much time do you think you've put in so far?

I'd have to say probly about 26 - 28 hours so far. Production might slow down a little though, I'm starting to work on a 99 style 1g bumper. How's it looking to youso far? (I value opinions, good or bad)
