    Could this be to a degree in terms of cylinder distance? Could have been just a plecebo effect, but I really did feel a difference and so did the others that rode with me before and after. when I did my Talon up I pretty well straight piped it. The bottom end felt stupidly gutless until I put a resonator and dual pass muffler on.

    My cousin now owns that car and had the heads ported, polished, and had the exhaust ports enlarged a bit and just didn't feel the same afterward. Sort of a little gutless, if I can get some pictures from him of what they had done I'll post them up, they did a nice clean job on it.

    Good read, but that's in a way he contradicted himself a little in a couple of his statments, or just a little bit of poor wording. A type of pressure is indeed present to increase the vlocity of the gasses, airspace/venturi effect. I'll admittedly slap my own hand for calling it backpressure all these years though.
