    What would you do?

    I'd like to know what you would do with a '93 VR4. Keep it stock looking? Convert it to '99? Rice it? (LOL)

    I think I've already made my decision, but just wanted to know what others would do.

    (btw, I've decided to rip off the ugly ricer body parts the previous owner had, and get her back to shiny, spit-polished, and original looking vs. the '99 conversion I had considered)

    Would be cool for you to convert it to Eurospec 1gen front end. Not too many of those in the States I'd imagine. Maybe Cherry hill can get you the euro parts, I know my local dealer can get me USDM parts. Shipping is probably not cheap though, but if you can get a dealer to order it shouldn't be a problem.
    No offense to the US owners, but the only 1gen I'd own is the euro one. Looks cleaner

    Rice = NO

    If it already has rice body kit then I think you are making the right decision to trash it and get stockish parts. Any pics of said car?

    I'm in this same situation. I can't decide if I just wanna clean up my 1g and cut the front a little for my FMIC, or go 97 conversion...I've gathered the small stuff for the conversion, but no bumper or hood yet

    Ya, the "rice" thing was a joke A bad joke, since that's what I think the previous owner was going for.

    I'd probably do this, then make sure the car was healthy, 60/120K service ect. When I had it mechanically where I wanted it then I would do the cosmetic things I wanted to do but 1st things 1st. Ditch that bumper!
