Help me not blow my car up!!!!!

Ok, got my car started yesterday. The bottom end sound really good now.(which means I can't hear it lol) Anyway its now a tt, on a na ecu and injecters for now. I don't have a wideband yet but I do have a way to datalog. Does anyone have like a base setting for a safc. Should I just like add 30% more fuel to each setting. I'm just like really lost here and I don't want to mess anything up. Any help would be really thankful.

If you are running on NA injectors you are asking to blow it up.

What? I posted a while back and I was told I would have plenty of room left with the na injectors at wastegate boost. I mean I do have a set of tt injectors but I really would like to make this work. If I did put the tt injectors in what would I have to do then? Would it make the tuning easier?

At wastegate boost you are still looking at around 240 hp. You have no room for error. NA injectors are 210cc versus 360cc for a TT. Thats a huge difference and a chance I would never take. I would also HIGHLY recommend a wideband. It will make tuning much easier.

I went back and read your thread because I did remember responding to it. Really only one person said it "should" be enough, while a few others told you what you could do to make it safer, but at the end most agreed that using TT injectors, SAFC, and a wideband would be the ultimate safest route.

Ok, I got ya the tt injectors flow way more so not not putting enough fuel in maybe if even once may cause damage. Is that what you are saying? The wideband is definitely getting ordered next pay. So what are the resistor I need for the tt injectors. The bobthegreat site is no longer up and that was what I was following. Also where do I get the resistor? I would like the ones with the wires on it.

Here you go, wire this in parallel and you can switch from high to low impedance. I use them every once in awhile when someone wants to upgrade injectors. They are $1.00 each.

Won't do anything in parallel. Real resistors from a TT would be far better.

Actually if your trying to from high to low resistance then you need to run them in parallel. Running in series will increase resistance. If attempting to got from low to high then in series is what you want.

You dont want to have your injectors maxed out. Its not good for them to run 100% all the time.

Yeah you definitely want to put in the 360cc injectiors, NA injectors are just not enough imo, there is just no cushion....
