Yea, we knew we needed to replace the water heater soon, but it still worked OK. With the new tub and everything... it's just not going to cut it. So, that pushed our plans up on the new purchase.

This is the Washer/Dryer combo unit we're looking at. It has overall great reviews, and still allows us upper storage that a stackable wouldn't give us, and will fit perfectly in the bathroom (unlike our current separate washer and dryer)

I have to admit, I'm really loving the shopping part of all of this. LOL

I bought an LG front load washer and dryer set a few years ago and love them!

Everyone is starting to make me look like a slacker.

Hubby finished the his and hers outhouse/closets with shoe shelf on both sides with secret storage.







More staining over the weekend. I'll poly next and put back glass shelves.
I love how this stain allows the grain of the wood to show thru with color!



After finishing stair banister/bookcase with glass.

We painted on the screen using special projector paint and lined it with felt.

I was telling Hubby this afternoon that everything you have selected for this project is something we would have.

We're just blessed by not really caring how many bedrooms our house has LOL. It used to be a 3 bedroom with a tiny bathroom. Somewhere down the road, they enlarged the bathroom and got rid of a bedroom. Now, we enlarged the bathroom even more. The original bathroom in this house was TINY!!! It was even smaller than your bathroom. I don't even think it could have had a bath or shower in it. When we were house shopping, we saw one that was listed with a half bath only. We thought it was a typo.... but nope. It did have a shower in the basement.... but that can't be officially considered a bathroom. Half bath was on the 2nd floor LOL.

As you can see we replaced a vanity with a small pedistal sink and turned the toilet around so the tall guys in my house wouldn't have to sit sideways! LOL!
