    Ebay Downpipe!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Well got my ebay downpipe, and guess what? It doesne't fit. Well, i knew what I was in for so im not even mad. Funny thing is, it even says 90-93 downpipe so idk. The guy I got the manifolds and stuff from said they were first gen. I dont know if my car being a conversion should matter, so im just going to try and send it back and get the megan racing one from pmp, instead of drilling on it and crap first. Well anyway just sharing my experience.

I have the megan racing one from PMP and it fit perfect....

Besides the fact of the crappy ebay rear o2 housing not lining up exactly (im sure with the factory one it would have been perfect)

Is that for a first gen set up? Im going to order that one as soon as I get paid. So the hole lined up perfect? I should of just stopped being cheap and just payed the extra 45 for it from the start.lol

It was on my car (the 94)...

actually i just looked at PMP website and they say the megan racing downpipe is for 91-93.. But on IPS's site it says 91-99???

The only holes that didnt line up were the rear turbo ones which were less than half an inch off (but im thinking it was just because im using a ebay rear precat)

Sharpie and a drill should be easier/faster than sending back and ordering a new one.

If by conversion you mean you converted a NA to turbo, then if you used 2nd gen rear precat you have found the answer to why it doesn't fit...

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

Well I don't have a pic of trying to put it on but I have these. Also the holes don't completely line up and its stressing the manifold. I have a fwd with not the best motor mounts so that might come into play later. I guess I might just go ahead and drill it out. It will go up there I guess if I pry it up there.

looks like the same pipe I have.

It fit tight the first time, but the next time it was off it had relaxed from the heat cycles and goes on fine. Drill the holes a bit bigger if you are worried, won't; hurt anything.

If you are FWD turbo get solid motor mounts now while you got everything apart, otherwise the rear is a real pain in the ass.

You might want to have a flex section put on if there is none..

Some of the pipes will fit ether. They have two sets of holes in the rear flange. Mine is like that.
