So who all bought stuff from IPS's Black Friday sale?

I ordered some stuff from IPS from their Black friday sale. Just wondering if anybody else did and if you got your stuff yet. I've been waiting 2 weeks now and still no info on my stuff. I know they were very busy with the sale and have been kind of a pain in the butt, calling them all the time, but I spent almost 2k and want my parts. The only e-mails I have gotten from them is telling me that the orders are processing and that was last week. I like IPS and buy a lot of stuff from them but this is getting kind of annoying.

I bought 19t’s about a week or two before the sale. I had talked to Jeff on the phone about ordering them and even asked him about deals for 3s members. So a few days after receiving the turbos I see they are about $400 cheaper for the black Friday sale. I was a little upset that I wasn’t told they were getting ready to go on sale. I definitely would have waited if I had known. Sucks to be me I guess.

I ordered a set of Megan coils on the Black Friday sale. Like you, my order went from pending to processing without any further info. I happened to call yesterday and Jeff answered. I started to explain my concern and he said, "without even looking up your order...if you bought stuff during the black friday sale, we are just now starting to ship those items." They are starting with orders placed in order so since I ordered around 5:00 that afternoon mine was probably still processing. I would have appreciated him actually looking up my number, but I guess he was too busy and gave me a cookie-cutter answer. Hopefully they will show soon.

Last year it took almost a month for some to get their orders. IPS gets thousands of Black Friday orders that they have to process. You also have to remember that they support other platforms also and those guys also got their own deals and are having to deal with the same delays. Everyone just needs to be a little more patient. If it doesn't show up after a month then i would start to get concerned. I have dealt with IPS the last couple years for Black Friday and things always slow down due to the amount of orders they get. In the end everything always ships out.

I think it took 3 1/2 weeks last year. They are swamped with orders right now I'm sure.

I have bought lots of stuff from them and expect to keep buying from them. My only issue is that I have ordered some stuff before from them, just little stuff like exhaust gaskets and they never have gotten shipped but they never charged me that I know of.

Yea, I've also bought items that were never shipped & never charged. No contact on the order.

Their delays are nothing new.
