    Roof Rack

I know many of you may wince at a roof rack on our cars, but I will only need it maybe two days a week for my kayak. My question is, do they even make roof racks for our cars? If so, where can I buy one? Will they scratch the paint on the roof? Thanks for the help in advance.

Are you wanting one that is completely removable without a trace it was ever there?

I think it would be very difficult to even have a Kayak on the roof even if there was a roof rack option, which there isnt to my knowledge. The car is long in the front and short in the back that the kayak would have a severe overhang in the front affecting visibility to dangerous levels.

I would like it more if it could be completely removed, but it's not a must.
The kayak would over hang in the front significantly, but I don't think it would affect visibility much.
If the bottom of the kayak was touching the roof, it would just be like having a flat piece of wood on top and it would only affect your ability to see upwards.

You don't look at traffic lights when you are directly below them
