    TD05 Kit + Terminator Feedback :)

I'm at the stage of test bolting this all together, So far I think a 2cm spacer is required between the output of the external waste gate and the dump pipe..(let me know if you want pictures) quality seems fine

going to get the whole lot ceramic coated black a few times before fitment...fitment will be funny to, as it's going on mivec heads with the round exhaust holes.

will do buddy, just gotta find my hosting login again! (moved computers) so far the rear has the same problem, I assume it's due to a change in wastegate design, while you could pull the coupling from the wastegate flange from the exhaust manifold out to mate with the wastegates input, it does not line up "perfectly" to make it just right a 1cm spacer would be ideal. (so basically another blank flange to go on the input side of the wastegate).

to make the oil return kit a "bolt on" you also need to supply a different fitting to attach to the bottom of the turbo's(the turbo oil waste port to AN so it hooks into your braided hoses), looking at it your AN fitting flanges need to be ~1-2cm wider with the holes ~2mm wider and ~1cm further apart

will see if I can mock it up on the 74' with it's stock heads and see how the rest lines up!

of other things, the turbo other than the exhaust housing is light! that exhaust housing though...holly crap, must weigh twice that of the rest of the turbo!! also you need need to think up a water fitting kit for the TD05/T3/T4 barstard you have created I like the idea of any extra protection I can get for it!.

Edit: for REALLY good stuff, these turbo's are as easy as piss to Clock...no drilling out anything...simply loosen the bolts and it slides around to your hearts content!

i tried notching my old td05 3sx oil line fittiings but it dodnt last long, lol. bought some from ebay for 10.00 each with gaskets and made my own oil lines. took the drain from ebay and had a russles fitting welded on copy the td05 drain with the proper angel. i rec making the front drain hole in oil pan lower. i had to lenthen the down pipe by 1/2 inch so it would reach both dumppipes. i had my rear wg pipe remade, front fit fine with my tials. my 3.4l bc stroker/terminator tripple ball bearing, build thread is at the other site. email me if you need pics as i took them all the way. jason
