I'm replacing the bushing while doing the new steering shaft. I had Em turn the wheel and it was definitely in the box though.

..almost always is. The box and the frame rails flex a good bit too. If you dont have a brace yet, if you are going to be plowing this winter, id suggest it, they are cheap too.

I have to see if the brace will clear my plow mount. I had to trim my plow mount a good bit to get the steering stabilizer kit in there.

It's come to the point that I don't even have to ask Emilie for permission to get stuff for the truck. She's just "whatever it needs, just get it" LOL. Lots of frustration wrapped up into this thing.

Good news is, a lot of guys make a fortune plowing snow down here. If you have larger communities up your way, if you can afford 2-4 trucks you can usually get the contract to clear the streets and it pays big bucks down here.

My next door neighbor makes $2-3k per weekend doing mostly commercial parking lots. It can definitely pay good but you better have a backup truck if you get any contracts because it's very hard on trucks. You'll end up paying $100+ an hour for someone else to come finish your lot if you have a catastrophic failure.

Got it all fired up today and that lasted a whole 5 seconds before the timing chain ate my new cam sensor. Another new sensor comes in on monday. I'll have to space this one a bit further away from the chain this time

Hans, make that thing run like a champ and then SELL IT BEFORE IT INFECTS THE REST OF YOUR OPERATION!

I think all of the broke down 3/s cars infected my truck. I'll make it run like a champ and run it into the ground
