You can't do the underroll, When you try to rip it off it keep spinning. Also your hand hits the wall.

Just don't do it. It isn't natural.

I'll always vote for "over", but it's not something to be snobby about - I mean, "under" still beats shitty fingers by a fair bit, and your host/hostess will generally be shy about changing it while you wait.

That's what I've found, anyway.
