As you can tell all is almost new. Not going to use a high dollar filter for a 30 minute brake in. That's not going to happen. Frams should be good for 30. After that we run WIX filters.

How does it get more debris than the driver side?

Trafic. Trafic, and more trafic. Drive down any road and you will see trash, class, cans, nails, stone and all kinds of crap on the side of the road and not the middle of the road.
Drive down any multi lane highway and you will find the crap to nthe far left and far right. Because we here in the US drive most times on just regular streets (2 lanes), the debris will be to your right. Also if you are TT with side coolers you will find about 60 or more crap in that right cooler. Been driving 40 years, and have always been the same. Right side paint under cars is always more meesed up that the right. This can in no way be news to you. unless maybe you are a new driver.

We mounted mine between the FMIC and the radiator with a pusher fan.


on the left side we are adding a bigger puller fan in between the intercooler and radiator for more switched cooling.

Hey hey Now! I later found out that the previous owner has been in a unrecorded wreck and bent part of the frame. However my fmic bolts up just fine as well as everything else. My car is an ugly duckling that needs to be washed.

Ahh, I've never noticed. But I realize theres more trash on the side of the road. I'll look into mounting it where you put yours after I fix my new problem with this car lol
