i actually put a review on the old site when i first installed it. the gaps are pretty even all around; front and sides. high-tension hood shocks probably f'd it up more than anything. the venting is probably some of the best on any 3/s specific hood. it won't accommodate a front strut-bar easily, but that's a small price to pay. the fact that it has mounts for the shocks, it's all pre-drilled for washer nozzles, and it includes both latches (regular and safety catch) is pure win. the fact that it has lasted for years of daily use and abuse, highway miles, even a trip to the dragstrip--all without hood pins, says that it's well built.
my ONLY complaint is that the vents are ever-so-slightly off center. you have to be looking hard at it to notice though.
