Honestly I would be happy with Droid's physical keyboard if it would autocorrect words that you type. Blindtype will do that, and is why I would like to use that. There are pros and cons of both, but right now I would MUCH rather use a physical keyboard. Main reasons I love a physical keyboard.... doesn't take away from my screen, the feel of actual buttons, gaming buttons. I do think the Blackberry storm was onto something with being able to touch the screen without clicking. This would allow you to play flash games better, and act like a mouse to point, then click.

I have the driod 2 and its great phone all around. Typing on the keyboards is easier for me since I have large fingers. My only complaint about the D2 is not the best for taking pictures and videos. I just order a game gripper since I like to play emulators on my phone.

Good idea, horrendously executed. Much like a lot of other ideas...

Sprint can advertise 4G which brings in customers and can charge them $10 more per line on any 4G phone even without the coverage. You pay for something you don't get or is practically a gimmick.
good stuff, thank you...but i was hoping for your iphone theories after the whole sammich thingy

Thanks for all the input guys. I do have the Samsung on the way, and it's the first time in many years I have gone away from Motorola...

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

My thoughts on the iPhone? It's a well put together phone with the option to download and customize apps. With that said, here is my beef. Firstly, it's owned by Apple. I have an iPod touch but that is irrelevant. The Apple market is restricted severely compared to the Android market. Android market pumps out far more apps per month than the Apple market ever has, thus it's not nearly as customizable. With Android, you have countless options to which phone you choose be it screen size, processor, camera, type of screen, battery size, cellular carrier (more specifically not GSM -aka- AT&T), replaceable battery (batteries die after time as I'm sure you know if you've ever owned a cell phone), the option to put insurance on your phone (can't on the iPhone), reception (GSM sucks and the iPhone is known for its short-comings in that area, quite well), 2GB data cap (outrageous) so you can't use data terribly often, etc, etc. I could go on but it would take hours. There is so much wrong with the iPhone and what it's associated with it's flabbergasting. As a phone itself, it's not too bad. However, it's connected to copious amounts of short-comings it becomes a joke.

You can't put insurance on an iPhone? Wow... I never do insurance on my phones, but that's crazy!
