Rear Lower Control Arms

So, I'm not really up on paying nearly $400 just so I can replace the rear ball joints. So, go into caps to find the part number for the lower control arms. That part number is MB663082. I ran a search on Cherry Hill and it pulled up four parts. Three for Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge and they're about $75. Then there's the Mitsubishi part which comes to almost $200.

So, I'm wondering if I could get two of the others and get both for less than $200? You would think since the part number is the same, the parts would be the same. But then again you never know. The descriptions are similar.

Perhaps someone has already figured this out and bought the $75 arms?
