    Seat belt assembly

Could someone tell me why my rear seat belt wont extend? I put the bottom bolt in first and now I can stretch it to its mount.

pull up, slowly. You have to inch it up, and it will eventually slide up. Hold the seatbelt assembly in the same position it's in when installed, and pull straight up. If you hold it in any other direction, it will lock up.
