I would have to agree with everyone esle pick up a new monitor. 19" LCD is a really cheap now, used working one even cheaper.
If you just do not have the funds. You can try adjusting using the on screen tools to see if adjusting them to correct it.
You can pull off the outer casing and adjust the tubes, small should have paint glue to hold the adjustments in place. I do not suggest doing this if you are not experience in CRT monitors and repair. There are some very high voltage components that can injure you and kill you if incorrectly discharged.

I bought a 19in LCD Widescreen for my parents for $80 at Best Buy last Christmas so they are pretty cheap now but ask your friends / family I am sure they have old extra monitors they will just give you. In Illinois at least you have to pay to recycle old CRT computer monitors so I have like five of them that work perfectly fine sitting in my basement lol.

I need to find a place to recycle CRT's. I have an 21" Mitsubishi 91txm sitting here collecting dust. About a year ago it went into sleep mode and didn't turn back on. Replaced it with an Acer H213H LCD, but don't want to throw it out due to the environmental implications.

Best Buy will recycle it for you. They take all kinds of computer hardware, including old CRT (tube) monitors. They do charge you $10, but then they give you a Best Buy gift card in the same amount.

Yeah, I would recycle it at work. We have a hook up with the Office Depot down the road to recycle all of our electronic waste. It's good to know Best Buy is doing the same thing though, it's a lot closer

This is apparently the bottom end version of this CRT, so there's no external adjustments for the convergence. Oh well, I'll just wait until I can get an LCD.

    Recycling at Best Buy
Yes they do, but I hate Best Buy. I had three LCD panels from some laptops to recycle. I had other things which there were bins for. However, there aren't for the LCDs so you have to wait in line at the Geek Squad counter which is the worst kind of hell. I don't remember the last time I was so annoyed. I had to wait for 30 minutes, no joke. This wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to hear them lying to their customer and then robbing them blind. Then they tell me it's $30 for the three panels but they cover it and give you gift cards. Granted, that's not bad if Best Buy has a good selection of anything for me to buy.

I mainly pissed about waiting at the Geek Squad, but I don't have much of a choice for recycling around here.

Personally i only buy Dell monitor's. Dell has a outlet/refub page where you can get some good deals. Check it out if your interested.

Your 1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL is one of 4310 that received VIN numbers. Based on the order of the serial numbers, your car was the 2685th out of the 4310 that were made that year.

I will never use a Dell monitor. I don't care if their new ones are better. Every one I've ever used has failed for no reason.
