    Side mount intercoolers .

    I went ahead and ordered sidemount intercoolers from Bell intercoolers.

    Now I need some suggestions with the end tank design I have already desided the core dimensions
    A= 6.0", B= 8.1", C= 8.0",

    Here is some design photos I think I have to make some cardboard models to test fit this design .

    Passenger side (LHD car)

    Driver side

    accoring to bell these should be good for 1205 crank hp or even more huge overkill for my application but still not too large so not hurting the response too much.
    480$ each

    The most cost effective that people do is that they cut the pipes off there stock intercooler and have it welded on.
