True, but it was also bold to think UK would make it this far. They've made me a believer. VCU, I'm very impressed with as they have generally smashed whoever they've played. Butler has had close games all the way through. Minus the bonehead foul at the end of the Pitt game, that one was going to OT. Not that Pitt *for sure* would have won, but they did hand Butler that one. (no love lost here, I hate sPitt)

I didn't think it was bold that UK would take down tOSU. Look at tOSU's schedule for fuck sake.

But my bracket is #1 in both pools I'm in

They won by one FG dude... Perhaps you should look at their schedule? UK and tOSU both have very similar SOS according to KenPom. I didn't expect the UK freshman squad to be this polished after the Princeton game. They weren't that impressive against WVU either. I guess the Princeton game was their trip-up and they just continue to get stronger now.

    tOSU
    @ Florida
    @ FSU
    Michigan twice
    Purdue twice
    Wisconsin twice
PSU(runner up in the B10 toruney) twice
    MSU

Granted it's no WVU schedule , but it's stout enough to show they were for real. Certainly not anything to be used as a hardy discount.

UK and tOSU had a common opponent, Florida. UK split a two game series, tOSU beat the dogshit out of them IN GAINESVILLE.(18 point spread)

In any event, Fuck Kentucky. Kemba Walker FTW, GO UCONN!!!

hah Adam just has to keep up his OSU hate... yeah that had a joke of a season and Kentucky really whipped them like red headed step children... I havent seen a beating like that since rodney king... rofl

Seriously dude? You guys claim im the nutso That game was a tossup... OSU is used to big 10 refs, you look sideways you get a found called... kentucky was in to brawl and the refs let them fight, slap, punch kick... OSU simply missed some buckets and didnt get Diebler involved, kentucky wanted it more plain and simple and fought hard.

    Congrats to UConn!

That being said, who in the hell expected that for a championship game?! Butler made only three 2-point field goals (out of 31) the whole night... how does that happen? I didn't get to watch it all, but was UConn's defense really that good?

I didn't watch any of it, but I'm not surprised(and a big part of why I didn't watch). UConn is an outstanding team(Walker is just absurdly good). Not that Butler isn't a great team, they certainly are.

Thank you UConn for bringing the trophy to the Big East. They've had a damn good year in a lot of sports.

I said look at tOSU's schedule. I thought they were over rated. Based on the schedules, I thought UK vs tOSU was a coin flip, therefore NOT THAT BOLD a prediction. I never said they beat the crap out of them or anything like that (WTF guys?). Way to jump to ridiculous conclusions.

Didn't understand that's what you meant. The whole "for fucks sake" kinda led the tone of the post. I read it as a massive discount based on their SOS...which is why I explained my reasoning thoroughly so as not to confuse.

Indeed, as I stated a few pages or so back...the BCS has to be jumping for joy.
