Crate vs. Rebuild?

I was wondering of which would be the best answer for the money? Willing to give a finger just not a arm most likely I will go with a crate. Anyone have any good links for a crate engine?Theres nothing wrong with the engine just high mileage. Any help would be awesome..

I'm pretty sure Ray has his built blocks going for like $3500. It's almost a no brainer at that price. Don't quote me though because his prices may have changed.
