Not to discredit, but anti biotics are for bacterial infections. The flu, or whatever they had, was most likely viral. Not much you can do for a virus except treat the symptoms and wait for it to pass.

Rick is annoying as hell, and the last episode was arguably the most boring to-date. The governor showing up at the end was basically mandatory. I'm ready for them to leave the jail.
