When I drive with Megans on the softest setting, it tends to be bouncy. If I stiffen it up to get rid of the bounciness, it gets too rough. There is a medium, and for the money I can't really complain.

I will try the BC RM next.

I've never gotten the bounciness. Hans made a comment on it when riding with me once.

I guess streets here are wavy in the right amount of distance to cause a car to bounce..haha.

I am going to post my Megans for sale to try the BC.

Is this harsher than Tour or harsher than Sport? I just spend 4 to 5 hours with my wife in on nearly shot ECS struts. The first 2 hours of the ride, the system flaked out, with the Tour/Sport light flashing, which I guess means we were in Sport mode. The ride wasn't jarring, but a lot of up and down movement, where it basically vibrated the piss out of you. The return trip, the ECS was fine, and stayed in Tour. Much nicer, smoother ride. I want coilovers to drop about 1", but if harsher means always in Sport or worse, that could be a bitter pill to swallow.

BTW, is installation any easier for coilovers than replacing the ECS struts with OEM? At 1 1/2 hour quoted labor charge per corner for R&R ECS, I don't want to have to do this more than once.

not sure about sport, but tour is BY FAR a smoother ride than any coilover setting, imho.

i decided to get some because i have rubbing issues on the rear of my car after the AWD conversion. i don't think anyone makes springs designed to INCREASE the height.
