Glad you had a good experience with them, i do like dealing with them!

    Jason,
Since you have been a long-time customer I appreciate the feed-back. Trying to do the level of business we have with the staffing and facility we had was border-line impossible. The move will cure everything we can cure on our end. Now, having said that, it still won't make parts show up quicker from Mitsu, or it won't mean we are going to ship out every 2 little bolts or gaskets as they arrive (Instead of shipping bulk orders out together), and it won't fix the hundreds of little things that cause parts delays that are completely out of our control but it will fix our "Internal" issues 100%.

So, after some research I contacted Jeff at IPS and he put together a brake package for me that included 4 IPS slotted rotors, Bobcat pads, brake fluid and a factory refurbished caliper for a great price. I received the product within 4 days after purchasing it. After having everything installed, so far, the brakes have been great and look badass. Communication was great and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Thanks Jeff

I just orderd Turbos, BOV and feedlines. Jeff retuned my emails and got the stuff to me pretty quick. With all he has going on right now I was a little concerned but I was very happy with the whole transaction.

I should have just told you we weren't taking any orders as the likelihood of things going smooth with inventory at one place that had no phones and computers while the order needed to be processed and shipped out of the other was not good. It took a few extra days than normal (Since we stock T-belts and most of the 120k parts 24/7) but my apologies for the delay,

I would have been happier to have been told you were not able to take my order than having it delayed without me knowing the status, especially since I was waiting on the part for my car to get it running. When I called I asked about it being shipped out the next day, I was told yes it could be. I would rather just hear the truth instead of what I wanted to hear. I hope the new facility will help because your prices and quality are probably the best for our platform. I wasn't trying to bash IPS, just posting my experience/constructive criticism..I'm sure I'll be buying some more parts from you guys in the future.

Just put in an order (actually 3) taking advantage of some of the Black Friday specials that Jeff/IPS is doing. The site had some issues around midnight crashing a couple of times, but with the prices I got on some of the stuff I was willing to keep hitting the refresh button on the browser. The last "maintenance" seemed to get things fixed but maybe others just gave up.

I was pretty much able to order all of the parts I need to get my RT/TT all fixed up and back on the road as a part of the BF Sale. Looking forward to getting the stuff next week or so.

Drivng the Avalanche earlier today and a Porsche Carerra came roaring up in the left lane on the Interstate at 100 mph+. Really made me wish I had been in the RT/TT instead... that combined with the BF pricing did inspire me to get it back on the road. Now I have to make space in the garage to work on the car.

Jeff: did leave you a note/message on the last two orders as they were for OEM Mitsu parts but didn't seem to have the BF 30% discount show up in the shopping cart or check out. I went ahead assuming you would get it "fixed" with a refund after the fact.

My only issue is the communication between the shop and the customer. I was also told that my stuff would be shipped out and they never did. I'm still waiting for them, got them on the BF sale and expected a delay because of order volume but not htis long. I have oredered tons of parts from IPS and have had them tune my car 3 times. I never really had any other problem with orders getting to me within a day or 2, I live in MI. I will continue ordering from them and look forward to getting the car tuned in thier new shop after I install the 19t's and some other goodies.
