Yeah but now you are going to grow up as a man instead of a "it's not my fault" waste of space in society. You will appreciate it, if not now one day.

Our kids have tasted enough soap that by now they can tell you the manufacture by taste. There's some smooth spots on the wall where foreheads sit while in the corner, and painters tape to go over mouths (doesn't hurt them, and often times falls off after a couple minutes, but it definitely gets the point across).

I remember going over the Mackinac in the back of a pickup (illegal in MI now). I miss that tons! I remember when the map had East Germany, West Germany, and USSR on it. I remember doing "tornado drills" and then later learning that if those "tornadoes" ever hit I would never see it coming (nukes). I remember that before America hated itself, we focused all that hate on "those rusky commie fucks." It seems that we have to have someone to hate, and if we don't we'll turn on on ourselves.

LOL I do, and the drills actually came in handy during a rare tornado here while in school!

That's the biggest load of bullshit.

And ya, my dad's favorite was to use wooden cooking spoons...metal stuff sucks more though.

Surefire way to do two things: teach kids that getting hit sucks, and kill their creativity.

"This is a ridiculous cause and effect suggestion."
"Yeah, kind of like the sun rising and then morning happening, eh? What are they trying to pull on us?"

"If I wanted to hear from an asshole, I'd fart into a microphone."

"It's easy. Take the last f*ck, and let it go, and thus you shall have no more f*cks to give."

Hmm, Mom handled the cooking spoons that always got broke. She also fed 80% of the soap deserts. There is no loss in my "creativity"!

I have much respect for what my Mother did as well as the way she did it. I have had this conversation many times with both the people that "pamper" their children as well as were pampered. It has been my experience that without consequence there is lack of value in our life.

Not to say abuse is warranted or correct, but the lack of teaching "if you do this, then that will happen" is leading to denial of ownership.

P.S. Your seem to be pretty creative...
