    I thought your "attorney advised you not to talk about this any further"? I guess you're learning quickly that you have absolutely no leg to stand on in court.

    With that in mind, let us clarify.

    I have not received the remainder of my bodykit for the cianciusa.com trade (and its been 21 months since I completed it for you). Additionally, you have not paid me for the work I did while I was employed with you. This is an UNRESOLVED issue. A $4,500+ unresolved issue.

    I have found (even with my past misdeeds), that most people don't realize how easy it is to file a claim with the BBB.

    With that in mind, if you have a recent outstanding issue with CIANCI USA and/or feel unsatisfied with the way you were treated:

    Knowledge is power. Clients shouldn't have to wait 3 months to a year for a product that literally takes 1-2 days to complete.

    Ryan: this is going to get a lot worse before it gets better if you don't take care of your agreements.

    Edit: I can't get over the fact that you decided to trash your reputation over $4500. People ask me about my Cianci parts all the time. The style, if not the fit, is first class. What do you think I tell them? Do you think I'd suggest they do business with you? IMO, no amount of money will buy back what you've thrown away.

    The damage you've done yourself and your partners goes way beyond here.

    Exactly, This is what this thread really is about, Drama. I don't have time 24/7 To power post away at every response he makes. That's why I'm doing it the proper way and going through the legal channels. If he feels he is right, then it shouldn't be a problem to address me in a court of law.     Let's review how it has come to this, because apparently you need to be reminded..

    YOU had customers.
    YOU didn't handle them.
    YOU must of seen this train wreck coming from 3 miles away.
    YOU outsourced your manufacturing at a sacrifice of quality, reputation, and timeliness.
    YOU did not satisfy your sales contracts with your customers.
    YOU repeatedly tried to quiet the complaints and delete threads on both message boards.
    YOU posted a personal attack on Shaun on 3SI, believing that he would not be able to defend himself.
    YOU did not work on building your company, you worked on doing everything else but..
    YOU lost the faith of the entire 3000GT/Stealth/GTO community.
    YOU turned a top quality body kit company into the next Erebuni. (Think about this... your company is now viewed equal to the likes of Erebuni)
    YOU continually try to blame everyone else for your own faults.

    Well guess what...
    YOU need to look in the fucking mirror and realize the mess that YOU created. YOU are the owner, so then every move the company makes is a reflection upon you. If you cannot handle your orders, manufacturing, employees, etc. guess what... it's not on them. IT'S ON YOU. No matter how you try to twist this, this is CLEARLY all on YOU.

    The best thing you can do is realize that you are at fault, handle the situation with some dignity, and move on..
