Ryan's work ethic as long as I've had dealings with him have been poor. The pillar pod I bought which didn't fit was apparently my problem and he washed his hands of it. Cianci use to be like DR. You never heard of one single complaint. But now it's every week.

My Midnight-Haze issue was corrected and I am thankful and hold no bad feelings. I have been seeing alot more negative about Cianci than ever before. They have some nice looking parts, but I never bought from them so I don't know about any of the shipment/fitment problems. Good job removing yourself from a "sinking ship" but there has been alot of that lately.

Sorry if I'm judging this incorrectly but I really dislike business owners who squeeze the bottom line out of their employees. As a business owner myself it really makes me sad to hear about employees being taken advantage of by business owners pursuing greed. This story is quite unprofessional and very distasteful to hear about. When you were an employee he didn't make your payroll, Shaun? Was he paying his portion of your state and federal tax contributions?
