Anyone a roadie? I rode 79 miles yesterday, 3250 elevation gain here in Socal.

I got into it this summer. 50ish miles is my longest ride however lately I haven't had much time to do anything. Hope to get into it before the weather turns crappy up here.

ive been trying to get into training for a triathlon, possibly one day an ironman? been ridin bout 40ish miles every other day
