    2 Bolt Power?

Simple question, how much power can I squeeze out of my lil 2bolt on my vr4 reliably. I am wondering if I should go 19Ts or find another set of 16Ts/15Gs.

Edit: I want to say my engine is pretty healthy and is properly maintained. I have full supporting mods as well.

Go 19t's for sure, pick up a new set so you wont have any headaches and then do some AWD burnouts
The engine will take it fine, whether its a 2 or 4 bolt it will still get hurtthe same by detonation, which is the only thing thats really gonna hurt it.

forged crank? if its a cast crank 2 bolt its a little risky. not only do they break sometimes but they are always worn bad as to where the clearances are all huge

other than that, like Austin said.. the 2 bolt is just as good

IPO was pushing almost 800hp through a 2 bolt but I don't think his crank was cast.

I have a complete healthy stock engine hasn't been rebuilt with 130k. So....15Gs?

My 19t's made 460awhp 495tq on my old NA 2 bolt block. Forged crank, stock TT pistons/rods. Also did 120+ traps alllll dayyyy long. Hundreds of passes were made on that block. But it was also rebuilt at one point, not sure by who.

I wouldnt be afraid unless its a cast crank like Ray says.

don't let your crank determine your turbos. I'm running the cast crank (157,000 miles original crank) and if you are worried about it just don't run 20+ PSI.

No sense in buying new turbos again when you rebuild this engine. The lag difference between 16Ts and 19Ts will be so small you won't notice.

If you haven't yet replace the bearings and oil pump if you have a lot of miles. I changed mine in car at 138,000 miles and like Ray said the clearances were HUGE and oil pressure sucked nuts. They were worn most of the way through the damn copper. crank was fine.
