The vibrations are what cause the stress on manifolds. Having solid mounts takes vibrations and minimizes them to a point of moot. Ray doesn't have have flex sections, What are you going off of with they "always" crack without?? Who else has finished this and has this set up running? With no vibrations on the welds or the welds being what holds a 40lb turbo then why would they crack other than a crappy weld?
Here are ray's manifolds notice no flex section??

Turbo Bible huh? Where'd you read it internet?
Ya know what no your right... I only came up with the concept and design for the set up he is running.. but I dont know what Im talking about, My career is turbo diesels that use 4 fucking turbos per engine, and create enough heat to make you pass out just by opening the damn door that power an entire naval ship but I dont know what Im talking about.
So if these shops are so bad practiced why are people still making headers with no flex pips??
But like I would take advice from someone that owns a hood like yours jackass.
*added to ignore list.
