Do you reuse the 9b compressor housing? I dont see how you could fit the 19t parts in an inlet so small if you do...

That's correct, the 9b inlet housing is actually about the same size as the 19T wheel so there is no material left if you were to just try and machine it. That's what the last picture is, The inlet is completely machined off and replaced and a new sleeve is put in to replace the tiny 9b one.

If you look on my website, there is the 9b to 19T upgrade and then there is the WRX 13T to 19T upgrade. The 13T to 19T upgrade costs alot more because I have to have a set of wrx turbos and a set of 9b's in order to do the conversion.

i didnt read through all the pages, but the ones i did read through i didnt see this posted

do you have access to billet/titanium wheels? is it even remotely cost effective to try and get something like that?

you are going to be swamped with orders, i hope you are ready for it all. the turbo market has been so cornered on this platform. its about time someone decided to offer some competition

For just one turbo it's 250 plus return shipping. That is for a standard rebuild and balance. If it needs addt parts like a turbine shaft that would be in addition to the 250.

I have one of your turbos disassembled so far. I havent done anymore work on them because I have to finish Boosted and Evans first .

The company I buy all my parts from only offer OEM components so unfortunately they dont have a billet/titanium wheel. I haven't really checked around for that anywhere else but I would guess it would really raise the cost of parts up significantly. If you are interested I can always do a little digging and see if I find a manufacture that makes them.

Thanks, we've already been pretty swamped since getting started. I usually have to make 1-2 orders a week for parts just because we keep getting so many turbos sent in from online and even locally! I think right now we have 10 sets of turbos to upgrade/rebuild.
